Very cool. So are they going to produce and market a full-length video or is that it?

Cool segment in the video at the 2:28 mark where he talks about Cannon!

$0.25 for a lift ticket... think they'll do a roll back day like MRG?

I haven't heard anything about a longer segment, but it would be cool to see. Lahouts has taken on a major rebranding, returning to their original logo and getting an updated website now with some e-commerce (their old site just had brands they carry and basic info). Their licensed gear looks like it's made in partnership with STE (I have the same flask with STE's logo).

Glad to see this company succeeding, and their work with Mt. Eustis.

I saw the rebranding. Very nice. Eustis is also taking off it seems.

I haven't been able to make the past two weekends' work days (conflicts with Adaptive orientations) but their progress has been outstanding. A lot of people and businesses in the community are coming together to help get this place in gear. Their Facebook page shows a lot of the updates. It's great.

For another video idea, I'd love to see a project on the efforts of these community hills. For all the discussions of acquisitions, EB-5 controversies, and bad spending at resorts, a community-supported hill to further promote the sport to new & young skiers is a welcome positive.

A little more about the project. Nick Martini is a young local skier/filmaker who was central part of the Stept crew who got their start making cutting edge, jaw dropping Urban Ski films.

From the Lahout website :

This past summer, Nick Martini and Stept Productions went back to their roots to capture the story of 93-year old Joe Lahout and America’s Oldest Ski Shop. The crew spent a few days exploring the White Mountains with Joe, learning about the area, shop, and life spent in the outdoors. From steel to wood, leather to Raichle, Joe has been there for it all. This film was exclusively hosted by Teton Gravity Research on November 2nd as well as picked up by the Boston Globe, Outside Magazine, Freeskier Magazine, SKI Magazine, and Huckberry Journal, among other media outlets. To learn more about the project check out our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter channels or view the archive and film photography albums.

Not sure but They reference a short film so I think it's the whole thing.
