Que? Last I checked no skier halfpipe, no slopestyle either skiing or boarding, no snowboard downhill.
Yep, and I see parallel GS. Where's slalom, super G, downhill, and combined?

The point is, they have sports there. And yes, both skiers and snowboarders have both freestyle TYPE events, and downhill TYPE events. Sure, there can be more. In the case of female ski jumping, there really isn't any derivative, or something comparable they can compete in.

I say if you're going to ad a sport to the Olympics, you have to remove one. I thik the Olympics are far too "crowded" these days; too many damn events.

So, let's add women's ski jumping. We'll nix figure skating to make room. We'll also make sure Scotty "I love tripple sow cows!" Hamilton is never allowed to be on TV again.

Who's with me?

I would be with you but my wife and daughters like those triple sow cows. What about curling can we take curling out of Winter Olympics. Curling reminds me of golf. My nephew and his wife were on a town curling team. It was a very social thing.

I'll take that trade.

Honestly, I'm not sure that ski jumping belongs at all. Do sports get any more esoteric?

Curling is awesome, and actually played at an amateur level in several countries. Don't touch it. :smash:
