And is he "officially" a suspect because the governor is crying in his Cheerios?

I'm pretty sure the autopsy report indicated no evidence of abuse of any sort, and nothing to indicate Michael had anything to do with Terri's collapse. Jeb's entire basis for the accusation is that there is some inconsistency in the timing of events. That's not a whole lot to base a case on.

The "pro-death" characterization is silly, too. I'm pro-quality of life. If death is better than life, I'm all for death. Why the sanctimony from the religious on that one? Isn't Heaven a grand old place, or are they all just scared they won't get in?

There were a lot of aspects to this case that weren't examined by the mainstream media.

So - how did you find out about them??
Religious web sites??? Bill Frist online chat room?

Seriously... That ALL speculation...

One after another of the pro-death lobby urges us to "let her rest in peace."
For God's sake people, a disabled woman who wasn't dying was starved to death at the request of her bigamist husband, now officially a suspect in her collapse.
Here's hoping justice prevails so that Theresa Marie Schindler can rest in peace.

Pro-death? I doubt anyone is pro-death, just like everyone is pro-life. Just more stupid political slogans used to pigeonhole opponents and allies.
However, I'll admit I'm not pro-vegetable which is what she was before she was allowed to expire.

Disabled? She was far more than that. She was completely non-functional.

As for the other stuff written, all it means is that you think like Jeb Bush which is fine with me. It does not, however, make you the jury, judge, and executioner. Until proven, your assertions border on slander.

The law of the state of Florida gave the husband the final decision on the discontinuation of her feeding. There was nothing illegal about that.
