Instructor training will make you a better skier....but ask yourself this, "do I want to turn a love into a job?"
I worked in the industry and never had speration between work and play. There are Pro and Con argements. I am happier not making a living at my hobby.

Does every state have property tax?

Nh has no income or Sales tax, but property tax is high. Some days the free skiin is great, but the better the conditions the more you work.

WIth my wife moving home and the price of fuel so high, I expect my day count will be down a bit.

I'd like to get my wife out on skis again.

Get back to Burke, Saddleback, MRG

Get more days on Mt. Washington (particularly GG)

Great Topic.
1 have myself and family stay healthy.
2 Beat last years ski totals something in the low 60's.
3 Get a little more daring woods, bumps, even the weight out on my skies.
4.Get some great trips together.
5.Have the groups base increase and have more fun.

edit
6. With the price of gas going up I have decided to raise my goal to 70 days out. Only so many dollars and I'm going to concentrate on my passion and cut down on other things.
7.Give a bit more to charity. ie Katrina relief.
I have to put things into perspective. Some of us are very lucky.
