Rumor has it on the K-Zone board that tomorrow they are planning to open with K-1 Gondola, North Ridge, Snowdon Quad and the Pomo lifts running.
The issue was they wanted to have top to bottom coverage and the base wasn't warm enough to run the guns at the base. The guns at the base have been running since late yesterday and still are.
On a sour note, Snowsprite called K and they said something like "no, we're not opening." I don't believe that for a minute. But then I'm a "thinking positive fool." :wink:
Rick at the basin states on his site (www.basinski.com) that he will have word soon.
