Looking to Split a Condo/House at Sugarbush Next Season (2013-2014)

I know it's very early but hoping it's better to get the ball rolling while people are still skiing rather than in the summer when it's the farthest thing from everyone's mind. My wife and I and young son are hoping to find a condo or house as near as possible to Sugarbush (Lincoln/South) to split with another family/couple/person next season. We would like to alternate weeks as we will not be able to make it every single weekend.
