It doesn't look to me like these new owners have much in the way of money. Why else would they delay the sale for so long? I know little about these matters, but if you were buying a ski area and sinking a half million into improvements, wouldn't you want to take control of the reciepts as soon as you can? >>Sullivan said the deal is expected to be completed no later than June 2008. "We have an agreement to buy the mountain that will come to fruition sometime within the next 12 to 20 months," he said. << It seems rather odd to me that they would pay for these improvements before they pay for the ski area and pass papers.
