I'm almost positive that I would be in. About 90%. I probably won't buy a lift ticket though. Anyone else plan on just touring? JD?

For me I'd definitely do some hiking to the chin/nose...but...there are always so many runs/glades I want to hit everytime I ski Steaux that I want to have a lift ticket...and Hardline..carpooling for me isn't so much about saving gas as having someone to shoot the shit with on the long drive up..there will be plenty of goodies either way...

compleatly agree not for the savings. even i go solo i always have someone to talk to, myself. it used to be funny before cell phones when i would be talking to myself and look over and see someone driving next to me. now eveyone has handfree so its no big deal.

actually the touring depends on the what the snow is like.

good perfect chance.

so its seems like march would be the best time. i was thinking about doing a week around that time anyway.

As I've said before, with the baby coming, I'm very tentative. If I can swing it with work and baby, I'll be there.

December 2. I'm hoping to get away towards the end of the season, but maybe one overnighter. Can't swing a week at the stone hut.

Oh man that's tough timing. The first three months are the hardest, you are going to be on a short leash.

I'd love to go but this year isn't going to be that great for me ski wise.

its crazy like three of my other friends are having kids all due in jan. its no going to be a week. just two days is what i was thinking but your wife might kill you if you came to hang.

To be quite candid, I think my wife would be cool with it. It's me that wants to be around.

I wouldn't say it would be 'getting away' that would draw me in. It will probably be a good old ski jones. :)
I say this as a parent who loves both of her kids very much... there will be times when you are going to want to get away for your sanity sake. There's nothing wrong with that. I'm glad to hear that you're so looking forward to your child's arrival though. Your wife will surely appreciate all of your help!
