He's been kicked around on this race - once you get caught off line with the GS, it's so hard to get it back. Miller couldn't correct his line coming out of a right-hand gate in the second half of his run, after almost crashing in the top half.

The olympic GS has always had a bunch of competitors in it from classically "non snow" countries who on their best day MIGHT be able to win a Nastar bronze medal

You'll probably see more runs of racers from the traditional skiing powerhouse countries of Lebanon, Uganda, and Sri Lanka than from the US, Canada and Austria today the way that NBC will likely do their coverage Bode DNF'ing
