I am going to hook up with the Biker's Edge gang again this week, tonight, at West Hartford Rez.

I am not planning on re-posting their weekly rides here by any means, just that it was a great time last week and I would love for a few of you guys to come along as well.

It's very friendly and they do break up into smaller groups based on ability.

Personally, I like the challenge and the opportunity to see more trails other then the couple of standard places.

I'll be there at 6pm... join me :)

MONDAY NIGHT July 27th we will be riding in West Hartford at the res. We will be parking in the usual spot at Talcott Plaza on rt 4 across from the med center.See you there at 6:00. We will break up into a variety of groups to ensure all will have a fun time riding at their pace. Please bring a great attitude and expect lots of fun. See you at 6:00.

yea,

I am going to WH Rez... F-it..

With the amount of riders that show up for these Monday rides, there has got to be someone experienced enough to know how to avoid some of the slop.

New trails to play on as well... new for me at least :)

I'll be out on Wednesday riding... and perhaps tomorrow for a light ride...

Pretty much impossible unless you stay on the fire roads. That place doesn't drain well and too many people ride there when its wet. There are very long stretches of trail that are just mud bogs for up to a week or more after rain. With the exception of a couple of small spur trails, there is one main loop that everyone rides. I am kind of shocked that a bike shop ride would ride the Rez after all the recent rain and last night storm on top of that. No wonder that place is so F'd up!

I doubt I am going to be able to ride this week, maybe on Friday. I busted my rear der yesterday and need to get a new one. I know Paul wants to ride, you should try to hook up with him and Jeff.

Bob and Biker's Edge go out to ride in ALL weather and ALL conditions...sketchy or not. I don't agree with it, but that's what they do and what they have done for 20 years or more.
