Yep, both were tied to cryptocurrency. What a mess. A couple of buddies told me to buy these things. I told them they'd loose there shirts.

This is going to cost tax payers (at this point we don't know).

One of the banks invested in US. Bonds a year or so ago At the time a prudent move. Butt, putting all your eggs in one basket 🧺 is NEVER a good idea. Except for Ford Motor Co. So when inflation took off the bonds lost value. This helped to take the bank down. Legally the board of directors can be held financially responsible. It almost never happens.
Happy times 😊.

Third largest bank failure in U.S history.
Too big to fail. Yes, the Feds have to pump cash in there or the ripple effects would be (who knows).
I need to read up on this.
Was it tied to crypto? Let's hope so.
Media is blaming Trump lowering the asset to equity regulations. There's more to it than that.

Ford is building delicate vehicles.

On the bright side it's snowing so it's a great day.

Nothing with crypto - keeping interest rates at 0% and printing trillions upon trillions of dollars for perceived prosperity has its consequences. The feds will bail out the banks and elites yet again while the average US citizens are about to get hit with even more inflation - USA USA!

Ford will close mid month pricing that we agreed to be the benchmark for the purpose of tracking / forecasting. File under: strike while the iron is cold.
News, looks like the powers that be will not allow Ford to partner with China with new EV battery plants in U.S. Moo

Ford is saying they are losing Billions on EVs and investors should look at this cost center as a start-up.

Okay, so this is the kind of stuff that can happen when a false business environment is created. In this case by: California, The U.S. and others who are pushing EVs before the technology is ready. Ford had no choice, butt to jump on the band wagon. They could not be an industry leader and not compete in California and the like.

While I know this post is a bit old, I wanted to chime in with some thoughts on money and banking. It's always important to have a solid understanding of the different types of money out there, and you've done a great job outlining them here.
Thank you for your kind words.

I totally get what you're saying about Ford losing money on EVs. It's a tricky situation for them to be in, but I don't think it's entirely California's fault. After all, they're just trying to promote cleaner energy sources and reduce pollution. I do agree with you that the technology might not be ready for widespread adoption just yet, but I think it's still important for companies like Ford to invest in it and work towards improving it. It's the future after all! On a different note, have you ever looked into making some extra cash on the side? I recently stumbled upon a blog that helped me find some cool games that actually pay real money. It's been a nice little side hustle for me and has helped me out with some bills.
Thank You, I can't say no to your whole logic thing.

Ford Close New York $12.60 x 10 $126.000000
Ford Close Bonn, Germany 11.49 EURO X 10 114.9000000 Euro

USD VS. EURO 1.00000 VS. 0.9200000

Mother told me, yes she told me
I'd meet girls like you
She also told me stay away
You'll never know what you'll catch
Just the other day I heard
Of a soldier's falling off
Some Indonesian junk
That's going 'round
Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright
They just seem a little weird
Surrender, surrender
But don't give yourself away
Father says your mother's right
She's really up on things
Before we married Mommy served
In the WACs in the Philippines
Now I had heard the WACs recruited
Old maids for the war
But Mommy isn't one of those
I've known her all these years
Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright
They just seem a little weird
Surrender, surrender
But don't give yourself away
Whatever happened to all this season's
Losers of the year
Every time I got to thinking
Where'd they disappear
Then I woke up, Mom and Dad
Are rolling on the couch
Rolling numbers, rock and rolling
Got my Kiss records out
Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright
They just seem a little weird
Surrender, surrender
But don't give yourself away
Away
Surrender, surrender (Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright)
But don't give yourself away
Surrender, surrender (Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright)
But don't give yourself away
Surrender, surrender (Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright)
But don't give yourself away
Surrender, surrender (Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright)
But don't give yourself away
Surrender, surrender (Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright)
But don't give yourself away
Surrender, surrender (Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright)
But don't give yourself away

I've been long, a long way from here
Put on a poncho, played for mosquitoes
And drank 'til I was thirsty again
We went searching through thrift store jungles
Found Geronimo's rifle, Marilyn's shampoo
And Benny Goodman's corset and pen
Well okay, I made this up
I promised you I'd never give up
If it makes you happy
It can't be that bad
If it makes you happy
Then why the hell are you so sad?
We get down, areal low down
You listen to Coltrane, derail your own train
Well, who hasn't been there before?
I come proud, around the hard way
Bring you comics in bed, scrape the mold off the bread
And serve you French toast again
Well okay, I still get stoned
I'm not the kind of girl you'd take home
If it makes you happy
It can't be that bad
If it makes you happy
Then why the hell are you so sad?
If it makes you happy
It can't be that bad
If it makes you happy
Then why the hell are you so sad?
We've been far
Far away from here
Put on a poncho, played for mosquitoes
And everywhere in between
Well okay, we get along
So what if right now everything's wrong?
If it makes you happy
It can't be that bad
If it makes you happy
Then why the hell are you so sad?
If it makes you happy
It can't be that bad
If it makes you happy
Then why the hell are you so sad?

The graph above is just a templat to enter data...
The goal is to beat all major indexes buy channeling Ford stock. Should be able to beat Warren Buffet. He has too many holdings and his cost cutting (think Musk) hurting his brands

Ford Dealer closes in California. A kid who inherited a successful dealership ran it into the ground. File under wealth often skips generations.

Ford is up .45.

The formating is off and there is an error. The ADR prices are not both in USD, butt the objective here is to spot trends BEFORE anyone else (or computers) that's how you create your own market and trade for the highest profit.

I own no shares.

* Prices from Barron's.

I have 20 or so pounds of silver. A drop in the market compared to the silver being mined.
Note gold is off, it's not the hedge against inflation it was 10 years ago, butt I wish I had 20lbs...

Musk said he admires Ford's roll out of their E trucks. Nice considering Ford is the main competitor. Both are aquiring failed start ups when it suits their business model.
The race for next generation vehicles is on. Ford was off today, butt beat expectations for last quarter.
The car and truck world is changing as fast as technology and materials will allow.
