reading the announcements, it is not clear whether Morgan Stanley will keep BW or if it is one of the properties that will be flipped to the Ashford Trust. good, bad or indifferent, BW is nothing but a cash flow # with an associated amount of debt to a banker!

They have big plans for the next 3 years. I think it may actually happen. Money can't buy terrain though.

lot's of real estate development, a village area, and eventually trails and lift on the far left as you look at the mountain. I wonder if those trails would take any of the rosebrook canyon glades. those glades are the closest thing to advanced terrain on the mountain.

Different CNL Companies

Martha from BW here to clear up a misconception... CNL Hotels is the company that will be acquired by Morgan Stanley, but CNL Income Properties is the company that bought The Mount Washington Resort at Bretton Woods last June. CNL Hotels is NOT the entity who owns Bretton Woods. They are a sister company who exclusively invests in hotel properties. This sell will have no effect on The Mount Washingnton Resort at Bretton Woods.
Happy Skiing!

That's what I was going to say.

Except, my name's not Martha.
