Mount Snow 4-10 through 4-11-2010: Closing Weekend

Last weekend of the season.

The ammount of snow that melted in one week was staggering. You would have thought it was three weeks later. Mt. Snow did a great job patching together what they had to make a number of top to bottom runs. The weather was nice this weekend. A bit cooler than last, so it was more comfortable.

That night, we went over to drjeff's for dinner. We started talking helmets. I tried on Jeff's daughter's helmet. She's 6...and her helmet fit. That probably speaks a lot to my brain size and when it stopped developing.... :lol:

My wife took over the grill...vcunning looks on:

Sunday...last day.

We founds some bumps on Rollercoaster. Only the top half, but they were still there.

Ridge roped off:

Ripcord had some massive bumps on it. It skied really good as well:

Heading home for the last time of the season. Dry, empty parkinglot. What a great season though.

M went to his doctor today and everything is fine. He stopped the Motrin a couple of days ago and has been to Gymnastics and preschool.

Kids coming over Saturday? or just adults? Just planning food (or maybe a babysitter).

Excellent weekend guys. It was a nice way to close out the season.

I'm still LOLing at the origins of the NBG. I wonder if he still sells them?
