Started the day off with a quick run down Snowdance. It was filled with so many ruts, that it was the worse I have ever seen it. Next I took the YANKEE CLIPPER (not the grand summit for me ) and hit Thanks Walt in the Sunbrook area. Sweet cordouroy and carving. Got down to the the two lifts to find that the Beartrap double was not running, and Beartrap was as flat as a pancake . I took the Sunbrook Quad (which was running at a snails pace) Got off an hit Chute on the North Face (great carving). Looked at all the bumps on Challenger and said no to ice bumps. The clouds started to roll in at first it was cool. The whole summit was above the cloud line and it was sunny. The base was clody and snowing. I broke for lunch @ 12:00,and took a few more runs. The whole mountain was basically in clouds, and wanted to beat the storm home. The best thing NO CROWDS!!! :D

Headed there the end of March

how do conditions tend to be at Mount Snow that point in the year? What else is local? How is Haystack, sounds like that is close. We will be staying in West Dover at the Doveberry Inn, any hints for the area??
