Wow - I made a post this morning but it seems to be hmmmm... To put it diplomatically, "less than active"

So here's the remaining questions I have to a comp there on 2/9:

==========================================================================

I unfortunately won't be able to make it, as it is Snowprincess' (my 7 y/o daughter) first penance that day.

But Iceman will be there, courtesy of his friends Max's parents

This will be for the EQS B competition on 2/9

Since this is the 1st time he'll be at Mt Snow for a comp, couple of questions. Hopefully someone is knowledgeable about the kids comps on this board.

1c) What would be the best route to Mt Snow from Killington?

3) Is the location of the course hikeable? (Lower Exhibition)

4) Is there a website for the Mt Snow freestyle team?

Anything else that might be helpful so I can pass it along to my buddy Rob who will most likely be driving. Thanks a lot.

I'm bummed I can't be there myself and maybe hook up with some Mt Snow folks. Oh well, next year.

#1 DEFINATELY straight down Route 100. From my place which is across the street from Mount Snow to the Bear Lot at K is just under 1:15 driving "reasonable" speeds (atmost 10mph over the limit)

#2 Course on Lower Exhibition would basically be the equivalent of watch the BMMC from the deck at Bear. Definately hikeable (and there's a Wafflehaus maybe 50 yards from where the tradional finish of that bump course is!)

#3 This might help:

Maybe 10-15minutes further than Stratton. From where you turn off 100 onto 30 to head upto Stratton, it's atmost 15 miles to Mount Snow's parking lot, whereas it's maybe 5 ot 6 miles to Stratton's parking lot from the same place
