Resort or Ski Area: Mad River Glen, Vermont

Conditions: Phenomenal

Trip Report: Go look at Greg's TR from 2-8-08. Copy, paste, change the date, wallah! You have our day Saturday minus Greg, Allskiing, Pat, River (and whomever else was there). Sorry these took so long to get up. Most of the pics are from Lift 2 as we were having too much fun skiing most of the day to stop & take pictures:

Sweet. If I can get the wife to ski MRG with me in the middle of March we will def. be skiing off that same lift.

Waiting for those pics made them so much more enjoyable. ;-)

This one looks like you caught Tim taking a pee break in the woods... ;)

That's happened to me. Except change venues from MRG to the front of the Harley Davidson Restaurant in NYC. Security guard decided it would be funny to call me out over a load speaker in front of the pedestrians. I have a million stories like this. Maybe I will start a thread....

My wife would.... She has yelled at me for peeing the backyard, dog park, parking lot of a casino in Aruba... I really might start that thread...

Actually that was taken about 15 seconds after I clipped an oak tree with my shoulder (ouch:roll:). I am pretty sure I stopped there, and looked back to let Randi know I was alright.

Randi also has that shinning moment caught on video.

Bummer about the shoulder, I hope it's alright.

FYI, For future reference; The oak tree is always going to win...

No. Don't feel bad for him. If his shoulder felt good enough to rip up half my halway on Sunday then he couldn't have clipped it too hard.

Evils, did you ski off the single at all?

We only did one run off the single, the line was INSANE! It was an easy 30 to 40 minute wait so we did the double and the mid-lift most of the day.

What trail did you ski off of the single? I want to ski MRG in March with the wife. The wife doesn't like the sound of MRG. I just want to ski one run of the single (to say we rode it in its 1st season) and then tool around in the Bird Land area for the rest of the day.

We took Antelope to Catamount then cut back over to the greens. It was a pretty relaxed run. Lift 2 also dumps out to a plethora of groomers that ghost the more advanced stuff, so she's sure to find a lot of cruisers she can have a good time on.
