What a day! It was warm today...really warm. The North Face was great. Ripcord skied well. Very bumped in the center, skiers left, not so bumped. If you're in the gladeiator tomorrow, watch out for part of my pole which I snapped off.

We met up with Beetlenut, vcunning and drjeff on the cuzzins deck around noonish?

Beetlenut and I took a few runs later in the afternoon. The snow was soft and the bumps were great. BeeTlenut, glad we weere able to meet up and make some turns.

All in all, solid day. Hot! And tomorrow will be warmer. Ill be sporting shorts.

Mobile post, so I'm sure there are errors.

Almost went there instead of Okemo today! How is the snow holding up?

Snow is still plentiful all over the mountain. Just a few sporadic bare spots here and there. Still plenty of snow in the trees on the Northface. Some of the Main Face wider, more exposed natural snow trails will be ending their season though in the next couple of days though with these temps.

Can't wait to get back out in the AM and enjoy some spring bumps and then change into the shorts and stake my claim on one of the 2250 winter brewer's fest glasses they ordered!

The funny thing about tommorrows warm weather and the winter brewer's fest, is when I was talking with the head of mountain ops today about how nice the weather suuposed to be, I asked him if he thought that the weather for the winter brewer's fest might actually be warmer than it was for the Labor Day weekend brewer's fest this past year which was PERFECT (about 80, no clouds, light breeze)!

Just an awesome day to be outside today!

Had a great time meeting up with Glenn and his wife, Jeff, and Vcunning and his wife. One more lunch beer, and I would not have made it back out skiing in the afternoon! Great to make some turns with you Glenn. The Trails and the trees between Mine Shaft and Nitro were skiing great! Glen and I hit the Trials in the afternoon, and it was like air conditioning in there. Nice and cool, and still loads of snow left! Got a good face and arm burn. Drove all the way home with the air conditioning on! Great way to end the season!

We skied up at Sugarbush on Friday - was surprised by the snow coverage. We were there 2 weeks later this time of year last April (for school spring break) and there was much more coverage last year. (so - we got there earlier this year and found less snow).

Skied Mount Snow today (Saturday) and was again surprised, but this time by the higher volume of snow coverage. Didn't ski the main face today but North Face had great coverage. Carinthia is wanning with lots of water spots on Nitro, but still very much covered. Ducked into the woods on Claim Jumper (between Nitro and Mine Shaft) and found creamy snow - real nice. Same thing in the woods off Challenger. Took a run down Inferno with my son as we heard today would be the last day it would be open to the public - still plenty of snow there, but snow was slow so getting enough speed to clear the jumps was hard.

Beautiful day today with "hero bumps" for me - the only time I really feel like I can ski them decently! lol

Friday was a gorgeous day @ Snow. The only sticky heavy snow I hit was when leaving skiing under the Heavy Metal double at Carinthia. I was able to squeeze three hours of skiing in before I looked at two properties.

Skijay,
Find anything good?

Saturday delivered as well. My neck is still a bit sunburnt. The gladeitor comp was cool. I think ill have to enter that next year. Brewfest was a blast. Jeff and I sported the Roman helmets and rescued our çardbord fañgun from the tubing hill. Pre dinng at vcunnings, I did dome (poor) freestyle skiing and pondskimming @ Grommet. My wife and drjeff took pics.

Hopefully, we'll have some good weather for next weekends closing weekend.

Sounds like we need a meet and greet next November at the Cunningham Snowbar@Grommet. Good luck on your real estate adventure! Glenn is good for silly after hour tricks on the tables.
