Please don't confuse her with a Chihuahua...:wink:I thought you said you were getting a dog? not a rat that barks
Her parents are just under 15 pounds, so she'll most likely be more of a "tweenie".Mini dachsunds are typically around 10 pounds. Standards are in the 25 pound range.
Would like to see a "real dog" try to catch her...it's amazing how fast those little legs can go...Still qualifies as "Lunch" sized for a real dog.
She's a "black and tan piebald"...she has too much white for the breed standard but she's not a show dog so we don't care.Strange coloration for a dachshund...
What amazed me was that when we took the video the gerbil wasn't phased in the least...they're too curious and/or dumb for their own good.Hahaha, that hamster ball brings back memories. My sister had one once, and she let the thing roll itself down a flight of stairs. Amazingly durable little creatures. Might have suffered some brain damage, but the thing was so freakin stupid to begin with it was hard to tell.
Cute little dog...I think Mona's already bigger than he is!Awww...shes a cutie!! Now y'all stop hating on the little dogs!! Mine is the best!! We have a Mini Pinscher...the 2nd one we have had. They are great little watchdogs...but sadly...they are stupid as all hell. Hes all of 7 lbs and a feisty little thing!!
