So I broke down two months or so ago and upgraded my boat because EMS was selling it for 20% off. This year's boat, the new modifications, and lower price.

I have the Pungo 120. The new hatch is awesome. The boat is faster than my Pamlico 100 and tracks straighter. It is easy to paddle. The Kayak Konsole is a nice handy feature. The seat is very comfortable and easy to adjust.

Only downside is that the waterproof sealing on the bulkhead broke only after one or two days. EMS resealed it, but told me that this is a common problem. I'm not sure why they don't seal them better.

yeah....see paddling.net for similar experience...fwiw

Very cool trailboss! **As I type, that bright, shiny object up in the sky...??what's it called??...is making an attempt to burn through the thick overcast..(EDIT:..but it's losing...LOL, LOL).
Hey if you haven't hung out on Paddling.Net, it has tons of answers to issues...fwiw
Don't know if you've ever done any outfitting...like WW paddlers and experienced touring-kayakers do, but the minicell foam can be contact-cemented to sides anywhere..or..foam comes inside pockets that velcro tightly around whatever to secure....for a personalized snug fit...that is if the cockpit is a little big.
