Also, quick question—does anti-fog coating actually work? When I was at the ski resort before, I asked some seasoned ski instructors, and they more or less dismissed it as a gimmick (like a "tax on naivety," if you will).
Even my old M4 ski goggles—they were pretty expensive and came with anti-fog coating, but they fogged up like crazy. The anti-fog wipes that came with this insert are way more effective, honestly—just a quick wipe does the trick.
From my personal experience, whether it fogs up or not seems to come down to my skiing speed. It never fogs up when I’m skiing smoothly!
Hard to say for sure if it works as I didn't buy a second set without the coating to truly compare the difference. I'll say there were very few times I had any issues last season (compared to frequently having issues when wearing glasses under my goggles). So I don't know if the coating helped, or if the simple fact that the inserts are further away from my face than glasses is what makes the difference.
