What's your prediction on Shockey. Will he be 100% for regular season after that concussion in practice?

Shockey is his own worst enemy. The guy is a section 8........

Hey Big Blue fans - watch out for Dallas this year. It's been a couple of years since the Tuna did anything notable and I think Bledsoe and TO have one more good season in them. Dallas' defense is improved, also. Eli and da Jints better be ready.....

In the AFC, as always look out for Indy, but it's such a pleasure to root against them.....every year they implode right on schedule.......

I believe that TUNA is the ONLY one who can truly coach TO...I still think it was a BIG mistake for Philly to let that guy go......attitude or not...he wouldve brought them a ring no doubt......now...THEY GOT NOTHING...i bet we hardly talk about them this season...

Still not too worried about Dallas though..I love the rivalry though.

Dude...of course..the GIANTS...

My entire life has included had two basic elements:

Baseball = Red Sox
Football = NY Giants

Why is that? Well, my Dad grew up on a farm in VT's NEK, so the Red Sox is a given. But he is old enough to have been around before the Patriots even EXISTED. So what football he got on the TV was NY Giants. So I root for the Giants first and then the Pats second. Don't get me wrong...I'm THRILLED that the Pats have done as well as they have, but I can name MORE Giants players, past and present, than Pats.

C'mon the Pats DON'T have an LT!

So go Giants! :beer:

Oh, and now that I know some NYC folks, I am going to have to come to a REAL NY Giants game at the Meadowlands some time!

As an Iggles fan, I have to disagree with you a bit here.

The locker room in Bethlehem is MUCH better this year, and despite the lack of a true #1 receiver, the Birds hae some pretty good offensive talent, and a "spread the ball" game plan. I think they will be much more like the 2003 team, than the 2005 one. Remember, they made 3 straight NFCCGs before T.O. and went through the 04 playoffs without him as well.

T.O. is out with a "sore hammy" interesting that he gets his first sore hamstring ever after having some pretty poor practices with Drew "Statue" Bledsoe. Dallas will have a good D, and there are some explosive offensive players, but their Oline stinks on ice, and Drew can't get TO the ball when he's doing a David Carr impression.

The Gints should be improved, especially on D, but I'm still not sold on Manning, I would worry a lot less about Shockey than on Eli. No Manning has done much in the big games.

I really think the NFC East comes down to whether Snyder's All-Stars can gel, and play like a team, or if the Iggs can get over the TO/SB hangover. I don't think that the Gints or 'pokes will do much more than play spoilers.

Just MHO.

One of my closest friends is an eagles season ticket holder, so I hear ya...

however...no matter how many NFC Champsionships they win.....if they dont win the big SHOW...its all for naught...always the bridesmaid..NEVER the bride....I still think if you kept the "bad guy" TO for one more season you'd have a ring....Even with all the infighting McNabb was still throwing to him...he was still your biggest producer, and got a TD in like every game no??? I dont care what the guys says....hes STATS speak for themselves....

Bledsoe has lead feet and the Cowgirls have no offensive line...I predict by the 3rd game that TO is in everyone's face and he's out of Dallas and football by season's end. Tuna is so yesterday it's not even funny.

Washington is always good on paper but lately doesn't perform on the field. Still Gibbs is a great coach and they will be a threat to the end.

In the end, it'll be between the Giants and the Eagles for the NFC east.

Dont agree here at all...like another post..hes a hall of fame coach EASY...every team he coaches goes onto greatness...so it hasnt happened with Dallas YET..trust me it will....give it 2 more seasons...

I know some Giants fans are bitter he left under the "guise" of retirement and then split to coach others to superbowls....I was at first...but not anymore..I respect the guy as a coach..and a great one at that... Dallas is LUCKY to have that guy at the helm..

Dallas sucks and will forever more. The fact that they took on a cancer like TO proves it.

Tuna is a has been chum slick. Yes, I despise him for leaving under false pretenses, and what team has he coached since that was "great " with him as coach? Not New England, he got them to a Super Bowl and they got their asses kicked. Belichick has coached them to greatness. The Jets? Never got past the AFC championship, and they were never great. Dallas? Pfffffffffffffft!

TO is gonna give him a heart attack and that'll be the last we have to see his fat ass.

Belechick took the team tuna put together to the "greatness" you speak of for the most part...but thats neither here nor there...you're harboring resentment that should be PURGED...its not healthy.. HA.. ;-)

I can hear where you're coming from..I just decided to let it go once he left NE...hes far enough away now for the "sting" to have diminished...

I still would LOVE to have TO on the GINTS...wouldnt you??? Him and PLAX...OMG..I could throw to those 2...
