I have spent alot of night's in the Best Western Ludlow Colonial Hotel which is right in downtown Ludlow. It's a clean and fairly quiet place with usually good rates.

i've stayed at a few places near Okemo. Not exactly sure what your criteria is but there is a Best Western within walking distance of town that is reasonably priced http://www.bestwesternludlow.com/. Further away from town the Clarion is nice too http://www.cavendishpointe.com/
If you want convieience then try staying at the Jaskson Gore Inn. As the name suggests it is part of the base lodge facility at the Jackson Gore base area. I've never stayed there but on my last trip i rode the lift with a guy who was and he raved about it.
