Should not change much of anything with the place.

Some way to lap the Rosebrook glades without doing 2 lifts > trudging across a huge traverse would be nice. Fun stuff over there but more of a pain to get to than West mountain or Stickney.

You know, I was wondering if they might complete the ambitious build-out plans now that CNL is out of the game. As we've discussed in the Sugarloaf threads, CNL is actually the one that finances infrastructure work at the resorts (with some financing from the tenant). And CNL has been stingy. So now that CNL is out of the picture maybe Omni will do something.

Never been. But if it's anything like the Parker House I'm sure it's a well run place.

CNL will put the money up to the resorts as a loan, but they are still independently operated. If the mtn wants to make improvements they are able to do it no problem.

I've been trying to find a map of the property, but that far have failed to do so. I have heard rumors around the mountain that they plan to expand off the back side. I find this very hard to believe given it is the Zealand wilderness. There is some serious gnarly terrain in that direction, especially the cliffs off the back of West Mountain.

The more likely scenario is my mind is actually building out the full Mt Stickney expansion:

Last I remember seeing a map, they were pretty boxed in by their boundaries:

I thought there was some issue with building that out for some reason. Some expansion restriction.
