I personally like my Killington sign that I found this past Spring.
Cost: climbing up a dumpster and fishing it out! :wink:
An old guy was in there and he gave me probably 250 yards of almost brand new rope that was used for ski patrol. They were throwing it all out. It makes great rope for our boats. What a shame they were throwing so much stuff out. Was in the right place at the right time I guess.

Maybe them throwing out that sign was an indication that they don't plan on closing any lifts next season...
