It looks like a permit for a full casino in Oxford County will get approval. I imagine there will be several appeals and if it does ever get built it will be several years from now.
Putting politics aside, how do you think this will affect Sunday River and Mt. Abram????
Do you think it will drive more skier visits to the area as people will be attracted to alternate forms of entertainment not available near any other New England Ski Areas??

Even though the casino would be a bit of drive from the ski areas, I wonder if they'll change their marketing plans some and call themsevles 'The Tahoe of the East' or something along those lines.
