If you could only do 1 thing, the bolded above is the most important. Diet and Exercise are about 70:30 in the weight loss relationship.

Obviously, as everyone knows, both are important, but if you could only do one, diet is more than twice as important as exercise. You could lose weight by mathematically counting calories versus your age, sex, and weight and not exercise. Conversely, even if you were on an Olympic swimming regimen, you could overeat the exercise benefits.

Absolutely true as it relates to body weight. But on terms of strength and endurance the ratio is flipped the other way. So their importance ends up being about 50:50 for overall goals.

I'm already getting up at 5:25am to do T25 (over 45 oldster here). I've done Insanity in the past, but just can't make the time commitment. Yes, Level 2 of Insanity will kick your butt. Yes, Level 2 of Insanity will give you legs of steel. Stick with it.

I might do Level one Insanity in November just to step it up before the season. Good luck on the PX30,

I've lost 18 lb's in 6 weeks, so 3 lb's a week which is a good amount. The biggest difference I've noticed thusfar is my obliques, of all things.

Its good stuff for sure, ingredients are all top quality and you cant find anything that will even
come close to it for a meal replacement shake.

I like the choc the best, or strawberry.....but they are both good.

Its only drawback for me is price.....if money wasnt an issue Id still be using it.

GNC products are in my budget for now.....but its certainly not shakeology !

Also if you buy it and you dont like it its returnable no questions (30 day bottom of the bag ) asked and Beachbody customer service is great. So try it and use it for the month, if you dont like it return it....easy !

I was replacing one meal a day, usually my dinner. I was doing P90X at the time and lost about 20 pounds in the 90 days
Was down to my lightest weight ever as an adult.
I personally wouldn't replace more than one meal a day.....real food is good too.
I was also following the p90x nutrition guide ......it was pretty strict for caloric intake and the shakeology made sure you were getting all the right nutrients for the day.

P90x was running about 1 hour 15 minutes on weight days and just under an hour on the off days(CARDIO) 6 days a week.

I had done one round before without watching my diet and didn't lose much at all, the diet really made things happen.

I tried it for a week and was not a fan of the strange after taste flavor. We have a nutribullet and make our own shakes every morning! We use GNC products for protein.

How long ago did you try it ? They had some taste issues when they reformulated it last year, year and a half ago maybe and now its much better tasting....FYI.

Im a fan of GNC products myself.....I like the Weybolic extreme 60 and Amped Protein XR Recovery formula...both in chocolate are great recovery drinks and for pre workouts the C4 is about the best I have found so far.

Cant wait to get my life back to normal and get into my routine again !

I tried it earlier this summer. A person on my team at work is very loyal to the product and drinks it every day. She brought about two weeks worth in and we drank it for about 4 days before I ditched it.

Well we are trying to get into a morning routine. Evenings are to hard due to kids, home chores (laundry, dinner, cleaning up, helping with homework, etc.) and taking care of an elderly parent. Can not get to working out until 8-9 PM and then I get wired and can't sleep. So mornings are a must. We do try to stay active on weekends but lately we keep getting invited o outdoor parties which is bad!
