Knob.

I have heard about this area for years, this is the first chance I have had to get out to this Pa area that has a MRG/Magic feel to it. Snow is expected Sat night. So conditions should be good. Bringing some fatties.

I'm not intentionally putting down Blue but MRG/Magic Feel? One ride on the sixpack will change that mentality. No such feeling exists in PA. Hope the fatties you bring are smokable because the weather report I saw for the Pokes (and I was up there yesterday and today) isn't for that much snow.

let us know how it goes...we're considering a move to DC, so Blue Knob would most likely be in our future

Great area that was just in the need of some natural snow. The potential is there. Great looking glades, steeps and even a bowl. All that with snow lifts and a rustic lodge, this could be PA's version of Mad River or Magic. The best part is, I didn't realize it was only 3 hours from Philly.
