I've found some good deals on Patagonia's website in the past year or so. With discounts, the price is somewhat more tolerable. The big deterrent is that the shipping cost is very high and the service is very slow. So be aware.
The website. Often times certain sizes are not available...so you need to pull the trigger sooner rather than later.
I will also note that the "Deal of the Day," which they were hyping in a recent E-mail, seems to be a bit of a joke considering that they have had the same items posted for at least three days...
