I have a trademark on a proposed liquor brand that I've pitched to a couple of large producers...cost me about $500 through legal zoom to process.

It was a joint product that me and my Dad trademarked called The Book of Life..which is a keepsake to remember a loved one..shaped like a book with a laser etching..we were mainly going after the funeral home and pet products market and we had 10 funeral directors and a few Veteranarians(sp?) test market them but we didn't sell any...we have other mail order products in the works. BTW patent attorneys are EXPENSIVE

Yeah, you do have a lot to hide, don't you, Doug? ;)

I do :)

Files on my hard drive are encrypted using encryption technology from the company I work for .. I drink the cool aid

The same encryption keys I use for my laptop - I use to encrypt 50,000,000 rows of data on Teradata(database)

The patents I'm part of deal with methods of working with encrypted data within columns in databases. Like credit cards... SSNs.... that kinda stuff...

This is quite possibly the coolest gig I ever had... And I've had a lot of them.. :)
