The pizza order is definitly good for a few laughs.
As for 9-11, I think the government had access to more than enough data to stop 9-11. The only problem is we needed better procedures to process the data we already have access to. Saying we need more data to stop future 9-11 is like having a barn with a single hay bale before 9-11. In that one hay bale is a needle and we don't have a good process to find that needle in that single hay bale. So post 9-11 we figure it will be easier to find that same needle by filling the barn with more hay bales. Same is true for Indian Ocean tsunamis. We had more than enough data to predict that a large tsunamis would be very likely . It was very sad we just did not know what to do with this data and who to notify.
