Plattekill 1/25

Well I found out the difference between real snow and manmade.........since they don't blow much at Platt there is no base to ice up. Conditions where really great, super hardpack and a little crusty off trail but still... Found some great deep powder in the woods...too bad we had to hike uphill to get out of it, bike trail don't always go downhill!! Some ok bump runs on the sides and Blockbuster was pretty interesting...weeds, rocks , bumps and good snow all the way down. But don't go there...its waaaaaaaay too crowded
