I registered on the AndyZee message board using AGlobalVillageIdiot@gmail.com

If I hadn't had an email exchange telling Andy who I was, there's now way he would have gotten any useful information out of my email address.

I pretty much stopped participating on that site when he started cross-posting things on Facebook. To me, that crosses the line.

BTW, you think alpinezone doesn't cross-post? Don't think there's anything wrong, you just may want to check you facts before you start talking.

I was talking about your behavior. That has nothing to do with AlpineZone. You linked something I wrote on a ski message board to Facebook. That was an immediate Facebook unfriend and an unplug from AndyZone. I can't control your behavior but I can certainly control mine.

So, updated response:

1. Get down off your high horse and point your nose back to earth and face reality
2. You make my cross posting sound like an unscrupulous act, yet its something many forums do to build interest, this one included
3. To think that something posted on the internet is private tells me that you should stick with the handle Global Village Idiot

I have nothing to say. I observed your actions and took the appropriate steps to sever my internet connections with you. It's not an attack. It's what happened.

Care to tell us how that fits into this thread? Did my sharing posts for my forum on Facebook in anyway compromise your privacy? After all they are both public forums, my site and Facebook. As you yourself stated, you created an email and alias specifically for my forum. As I stated, it not uncommon for forums to do this? Please help me understand the purpose of your post.
