Went there with the kids on Mon, first time, nice mountain. Power went out in the lodge at some point in the AM, they continued to run their main lift all day (diesel) & gave out vouchers for inconvenience of the power outage in the lodge & some other lifts not being operational. At first we thought it was you can have a voucher if you decide to leave, but then we realized it was you can ski all day and still get a voucher just from any inconveniences posed from the power being out in the lodge which is commendable. Power came back on at some point in the mid - afternoon. Despite a lingering ice fog, the snow conditions were excellent- woods decent even; we left as it started to get even more soggy though...

Things like that mean a lot to me. I love seeing businesses do right by their customers. Makes me want to return the favor and support them when times are tough.

Great to hear experiences like that; it really makes a difference. WV looks like it's doing well with their Pats specials, which makes up for no longer having 2 for 1 on Fridays (combined that Monday's special is now working off a slightly lower price too $63 vs $69 last year).
