Yup, this morning I drove the Kanc (that's Kancamagus Highway, aka Rte 112 from Conway to Lincoln in NH, for those who don't know) and for several miles in the middle, up at elevation, I was driving through up to 6" of fresh snow with more falling.

While it was a nerve-wracking drive (I sorely need new tires, and the car behind me couldn't even make it up one of the hills), winter is, indeed, here.

I didn't get up there - I only went up over the Kanc and down the other side into Maine.

I would imagine the upper reaches did, though. Kancamagus Pass is only 2855' and I hit snow quite a ways lower than that.
