Took about a month for me to get my $100 check after they disabled my washer fluid heater, which I never even knew I had

We are also experirencing a groaning noise turning. I think it is power steeering. So they performed a TSB on it and made it worse. Has to go back in.

Yeah, but they use the same heater for the headlight fluid.

It is heated as it goes out of the nozzles to unfreeze the windshield. Good idea but it caught fire in some vehicles and they could not prevent it after two tries.
