Trip Report: All things considered with this whacky weather Saddleback is faring OK. While conditions deteriorated as the day wore on, we still had a great time. Good coverage on the snowmaking trails and they had some natural stuff open if you were adventurous and quick on your skis like my boys are.

Well worth the trip and like everyone else, they are a dump or two away from game on time.

A bit more detail and a video edit on my blog. We got some video feeding the Saddleback Canadian jays in the first part of the video which was fun.

Nice report....I'll be there this coming Saturday. Looks like some chances for snow next wknd...would love to get Casa or Muleskinner opened but doesnt appear to be in the cards. My only trip to the 'Back this yr...wished more would be open but it is what it is.
Snowmaking on Silver Doctor...should be a few days on there and then move over to Red Devil I'd guess?

Silver doctor should be a go by the weekend. I too would think either red devil or supervisor would be next. Have fun! You won't have a wide open mountain but it will be fun regardless...

Nice. I'd prefer supervisor vs silver doctor but both runs are great to let em rip!

Silver doctor is getting laid out tonight. They have now moved on to America and will be on Red Devil by the weekend if temps continue
