Believe it when you see it. Don't all the Kzone whiners doubt and complain about anything that Chris Nyberg says?

His track record is not the best. I mean he tried to have a customer fired for emailing him some complaints about the BMMC. Oh yea they lied about that as well.

ya, the whole bmmc thing has been a disaster the last two years. it used to be a great day every year and i'm sure a money maker for the mtn as well. now that it is niether, maybe they will re-think the way they run it next year.
btw, how do you fire a customer?

oh yea, in response to gregs question... i am the same frank who got beat by the hammer in the sundown spring comp. thanks for the welcome, all the k-towners that came down for it had such a good time last year so sundown can expect it to get even bigger next year.

the customer wrote him an email to complain about the BMMC. it may not have been the most cordial email but Nyberg's response...

was to email the guy's employer and attempt to have him disciplined for using his company's email address to send the complaint to Nyberg.

what class....

spoke with chris nyberg last week and he informed me that killington is planning on seeding mogul lines on lower superstar and outer limits this winter.
Very good news!

a bunch of guys in CT just creamed in their bike shorts...they're called the C.L.I.T.S. and seeded bump runs are their holyland...if its true, they'll make a pilgrimage to K-town. Incense, chanting, duct tape, knee pads, and short poles...

LOL

Killington has now retaken the title of the Mary Jane of the east from Mount Ellen/Sugarbush North with a simple press release...Johnny Mosely is apparentlyshopping for upscale condos in Rutland..
Hahaha.

yes, that would be a start!

but a few sections of seeded bumps at any mtn is a good thing. gives you a fall back when natty lines are hard to come by.
Very much agreed!

Also, if they're committed to bumps a lower angle run might be smart.
Yes this is a v. good idea.

Wow. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Just when I thought I might have to give Kmart another shot, I read this...

thats awesome to hear. Should be interesting to see what happens if they seed skiers left of lower superstar. Even seeded, with that fall line, they could get pretty funky.

im pretty sure they were thinking about skiers right of lower superstar and skiers left of lower OL (where the bmmc course usually is). both have a nice pitch for a seeded run, not too steep, not too flat.
as long as they seed a couple runs, im sure people will be happy with it on any trail. seeded runs are better than big rutted lines no matter where they are
