About 45 minutes more of work to go today!

Then, some lunch, hit a bucket or 2 of golf balls, stop by the barbershop for a little town gossip and a trim of the 'dew before heading home. Need to decide if i want to take my son down to my duaghters school to join her and my wife for a concert tonight (my daughter ISN'T singing), or just take my son out for a "guys dinner". Probably a couple of beers after the kids goto bed tonight.

Tommorrow: My wife's woking in the AM, so I'm taking my daughter to gymnastics class in the AM. Then I need to hit the grocery store/package store to pick up food/drinks for Sunday's Patriots/Dolphins game. A bunch of pre-tailgating prep cooking will then finish up Saturday for me.

Sunday: Leave at 7:15 for Gillette Stadium. Tailgating should be underway by 9AM. Game at 1:05. Home by 6ish. Recover. Get ready for the next week, which is my last week of work before vacation!(that in it's own will make next week go by REAL slow)

Tonight: Dinner with the inlaws!!!!! YES!!!!!

Going for Mexican food Saturday night. My wife heard spicy food induces labor - she's due with our second on September 28. I'll be chugging margaritas just in case....(on the rocks with salt, thank you very much).

Sunday: Enjoying the final game at Yankee Stadium, the world's greatest sporting venue and baseball's Cathedral (this will be via TV, of course....no luck scoring tix).

I've heard Veal Parm does the trick. The 28th is my daughters 5th b-day. Congrats!

Thanks! Happy pre-B-day to your daughter.

The "official" line is that we're hoping for a healthy beautiful baby, but I know my wife would love a little girl to go with our older son. We'll see!

Like GSS, I'm moving at the end of the month. Unlike GSS, I'm moving to my Killington place for the winter to live off my unemployment check and savings for the winter. I'm storing all my flatland stuff in my basement and swapping out furniture that was in the unit since it was built in 1987.

I think I'm driving to Killington on Saturday morning with a trailer load of junk to minimize what I have to deal with with the rental truck. I just did laundry so the washing machine goes into the basement. The gas grill and smoker go. I think I'll also grab the bureau and queen mattress & box spring out of my spare bedroom.

I guess I'll stay over Saturday night and drive back Sunday. My exercise routine has sucked this month so I want to get some hiking in. I had an invite to do the Bucklin Trail up the west face of Killington and I may do that on the way up and down the front face of Killington on the way down.

As much as I'm not a fan of the home team in that stadium, I will miss that place. Been to quite a few Red Sox/Yankees games there over the years with lots of memories, plus, back in August of 1977, my dad took me to my first ever MLB game there - Yanks and Royals.

On the flipside, I will definately enjoy the fact that the last game that's being played in Yankee Stadium is tonight, in September, in the REGULAR season, and NOT in October in the PLAYOFFS. :)

Heading up to Lincoln, NH tonight with my GF.

Highland Games - www.nhscot.org at Loon mtn. this weekend. Always a blast.

We'll stay at her Aunt's house (they have an extra bedroom that is ours whenever we want it).

Possibly hike to the top of Loon on Saturday, depending on the weather and how much time we spend in the beer tent...

Party at her uncle's house down the street Saturday night, back to the mountain on Sunday for more Highand Games fun.

The clock is moving so slowly right now...

Eggplant parm. And it did work for me last time. (Though it's really all old wives' tales, isn't it?) Take a nice drive down a bumpy back road... walk a few miles... do the good deed.... ;) And then wait anyway because they come when they're ready. Best wishes!!!!

Our midwife told us, much to my delight, that "what gets them in helps to get them out". Has to do with prostaglandins in a certian male secretion......

Worked for us. :)
