Wow. It looks like BW has a fair amount of terrain open, including some glades. It says 4-5 inches, and it sounds like it will stay mostly snow. Too bad it's $59...!

Wildcat reported 6-8 inches as of this morning and all snow. Loon and SR 6 inches, Cannon and BW about 4. Any other reports out there?

How could glades be open? Sounds dangerous.

We hiked there over the summer, and I saw some of their "glades". They were fairly well manicured. It probably doesn't take a ton of natural to open some of them, but you are probably risking some ski-to-rock contact.

I was in West Glade last week when it was open. Easily skiable, but rock skis required and base damage guaranteed.

This glade was open at BW last Sunday. Thin cover but fun. Patrol closed it late in the day.

That looks like glade west, you can get into that from Coos at the top bypassing some of the large rocks at the beginning of the trail.
seems like they have a few glades open now.....hmmm could be fun !
