Hello. I just found a small gap on the middle of the new snowboard between the board and the edge. Is it ok or it is a defect?

Also, is the board new? If not, how many days are on it? If it’s new, definitely a problem.

If you paid the going rate see if the powers that be will replace it. I'd just ask a ski shop what to use to fill the gaps in. They'd know the right stuff to use.
Yea, it looks like a manufacturing error.

Return it, and buy something that is not never summer. They are a hype brand that became insanely popular by coming out with multiple camber zones and a cool name. The boards are not as good as they used to be, overpriced, and honestly ride like crap since you have a giant reverse camber point right between the feet causing the board to track like a saucer shaped sled if you aren't on edge.

Yeah, thats like your opinion man.

Never Summer made its name by being some of the most durable boards out there, and basically set the modern bar with a three year warranty and invented reverse camber.

That said, that does look like a defect so a warranty exchange should be in order.
