Ski Resort siting, What is It?

So, on my way south today from Tenney right around exit 20 I saw a ski area for a brief mountain on the left (east) side of the highway. Is that Gunstock or a Nelsap area? I only saw it briefly and it looked within a couple of miles of the highway.

Anyone know?

From what I heard, it's more like Plattekill than Diablo. For the hardcore only.

Yup,it was actually called Tilton Highlands at one point although I believe it was actually in Northfield.I used to ski there in high school on Monday for $1.The t-bar that went to the top used to go downhill slightly about halfway up.That was strange as you was start to get ahead of the t-bar.

Highlands it is. That was a decent area that closed only recently. Too bad because it is in a great location and offered night skiing.

From what I have seen and read, I am under the impression that reopening the place for skiing is not out of the question, but not any time soon.
