They’re being fully vague about Vonn’s knee injury. Is that normal? I’ve gotta assume her leg’s been scanned.

My hunch is if she tore something, it would of been announced. If its just a strain, then its more day to day....

From the video I saw on NBC Nightly news tonight of her crash, my hunch is whatever "bad" happened wasn't during the crash itself, but how her left leg/ski ended up in the B-Net as her lower leg looked like it was rotated out compared to her upper leg at a 30-45 degree angle... And if one has never been caught up in B-Net, its not easy to get entangled from.. Its "job" is to prevent you from sliding into whatever hazards are behind it, not make it easy to get out of necessarily

She was walking, admittedly gingerly, which seems positive. And her social media update seemed to suggest there's some hope still.
