I am planning a trip up to Quebec to the Eastern Townships' (L'Estrie) in early Feb and was looking for some info on the place (I've never been). Was thinking of hitting up Owl's Head, Sutton and Bromont and wanted some advice on the place and maybe some info on ski deals if anyone knew of any.

There is a toursit bureau website for the Eastern Townships that has some deals which you can get via google. I would suggest you drop Bromont from your list and add Orford. I like Magoog as a base of operations but Sutton has some good places to stay also.

If you're in the Owl's Head / Sutton area, you'll also be within an hour of Jay Peak....may want to keep an eye on the forecasts and if it looks good for Jay, stay in o'Canada and ski stateside.

You read my mind!

I'm flying back to NYC out of Burlington so I will probably hit either Jay or Smugglers on the way back.
