That would actually be a lot bigger than Xanadu, and a lot closer for me too... Sucks that an Owl might cancel the whole thing.. ALLSKIING, ever ski at Bald Hill?

Mad steezy yo..I've never been on Long Island..at least past where Queens and it would be an excuse to go..plus i want to meet the Gottis..lol

I doubt this will ever get built with all the zoning ordinances and people already fighting it, but we can hope.

I got to ski an indoor ski area in Japan a couple of times and it was small but a lot of fun. Heck, any skiing mid-summer is a blast. They had it set up so that you could go right from work with zero equipment and ski.

Pretty much every male in Japan wears a suit to work. You show up in your tie and jacket and the place rents you literally everything...boots, poles, skis, and ski suits including gloves. You change, hang up your goop in the locker room and go off to ski for a few hours. Great way to break the stress. It also made for really fun office parties.
