I keep forgetting to post this.

Often, when we smoke a chicken on the smoker, we have leftovers. We usually bag what's left, toss it in the freezer and save for later. My wife will then use it to make soup in the slow cooker. She'll sometimes take off the skin; you can actually get too much of a smokey taste. Regardless, it's worth a shot and comes out good. Last night, it was a smoked chicken noodle. Good stuff!
