Day 1: I skipped out of work an hour early and made opening. My Z9's proved to be to narrow so I opted to rent a pair of Dynastar Pro Riders with the 115 underfoot. Many people struggled with the snow, me and my borrowed ride just floated along. M1 was shutdown but the tree skiing was a plenty off of Sterling and the later opened M2. Went the whole day making fresh tracks for long distances.

Day 2: I opted to take off that night from work, as well as the next night. M1 was open and once again, me and my Pro Riders tore up the woods on the upper mountain in almost complete, untracked solitude.

Day 3: Had to be at work that night, so I only skiied for half a day. Back on my Z9's, I enjoyed just cruising on the packed blues. Legs have completely had it by this point but the day was to perfect to spend at home.

Day 4: Having worked the night, which was my last day of the week (great to come back from a mini-break right into your weekend) I usually ski Friday, but with bad weather on the way, I figured I'll just go Thursday, my legs were done, the fresh snow was wet and heavy and I just wasn't having a good time. I figured it might just be a good day to finally talk to Patrol about joining. So I took a "test" run with them off the summit, down free-fall, into the woods and down every hard trail they got. I think it went well and was told that they will be contacting me once the summer training schedule was known. It was a perfect run, but I was just so tired that I had to head out after only 5 runs.

Day 5?: Maybe it won't rain on the mountain? If not, beers in Burlington and some food network with the dog.
