Not wanting to deal with crowds and inflated ticket prices on the holiday weekend, I took in the grand re-opening of the Harris Hill ski jump in Brattleboro. What a blast! Just like the Olympics, only better, and with an extra helping of cowbell. I'd post some pics if I could figure it out, but these sites are probably better:

i heard radio ads for that last week. I've driven past it a few times but it's been a few years to say the least.

Anytime I see ski jumping the same thought goes through my head - what does it feel like the very first time you go off that jump? It must be damn near impossible to keep your head together...

Man those skis have gotten so wide eh?
