Saw a large quarter page ad in USA Today about the new South Peak expansion/developement at Loon Mt. Reminds me of the Jackson Gore thing at Okemo. Looks pretty spiffy.

Yeah saw it...kinda funny considering that the area was cleared almost ten years ago without a permit and now they are trying to make it out to be the next best thing since sliced bread :lol:

I've heard that the market is slowing for real estate--gotta wonder if it is having an impact on places such as Stowe, Sugarbush, and now Loon that are trying to sell these units. You'd think that the market is getting saturated.

I have gotten e-mails and seen the tentative plans and adverts in the paper. I hope it goes. I can't afford it. Someday some how there will be a south peak at Loon. The Real estate as usual comes 1st.
