Stratton 1/7- 1/8

Skied Stratton on Sat and Sun...conditions were very good on Saturday (soft snow with good coverage on open trails) and deteriorated a bit by Sunday afternoon (snow skied off and left more exposed ice than we had seen on sat or even sun morning). The entire staff at Stratton could not have been more courteous or more helpful, from first chair to last chair...every person was focused on helping people, with a smile and a genuine enthusiasm...well done. First time at Stratton...very impressed with the overall experience.

I was there on Sunday as well. Definitely some sketchy areas. Polar Bear and Upper Spruce had the best snow on the mountain. Some decent lines on Tamarack and Grizzly as well. Given the general conditions in SoVT and further south I thought they did a pretty good job.
