Good stuff today. Went in at 5:30AM to try out a demo cat that was being picked up today. Then headed up the hill. The groomers were fast, but not icy. Wind blew some of them off pretty badly by the afternoon, but again... all edgable. The bumps were great. Once again, they acted like little snowfences, catching all of the air-born snow in the wind. They were fantastic. Cliffs is the bump run of choice, with great lines from tower 17 down. Good above as well. Encore was also excellent. Tumbler was a little thin, but had some good bumps. Hammerhead similar to Tumbler. Bravo was very nice, and the ledge/headwall is holding up nicely after a dowsing of snowmaking 2 weeks ago. Exterm is pretty firm, but skiable. Skiers' left of FIS is excellent, except the very top, and very bottom. Skiers' right is pretty rough.

That looks sweet. I may have to stop by there sometime next week. MY kids will be bored out of their minds with the lack of snow at Magic right now so we will definitely do a day to the north. The questions is do we stop at the Bush or really take a haul up to Burke or Jay. How are the woods doing?
